Tell it girl, tell it. What bothers me most is that the word 'hater' is just plain lazy. Instead of analyzing your opinion and arguing with you, telling you why youre wrong point by point, the morons just say 'hater!' as if finger wagging is a substitute for debate. Its kind of sad really.

I hate the word “hater.” Does that make me a hater hater? If so… guilty! I've always wanted to know the origin of the hater movement, and I've come down to this scenario:

Some flamboyantly dressed kid (ahead of his time methinks) comes to the schoolyard with his vans, skinny jeans and neon hoodie. Other kids proceed to make fun of him. Kid is flustered because he really thought he was fly, and can only stutter out, “Shut up, you… you… HATERS!!!”

And that's how the movement was born.

Tyler Perry's plots and dialogue are so predictable and as far as his Madea series of movies go, they are total joke . It reminds me alot like the Ernest movies franchise where Ernest was involved in unorthodoxed situations and adventures. If Tyler Perry wants better movies made, he has to come up with better dialogue, touch on themes rarely discussed in the black community, and etc.

Hell, the main reason why hate Perry's movies because like all other black movie directors and producers, they limit themselves to the same old genres of comedy and drama and their movies themes are always based on stereotypes and issues in our community. How about some more black sci-fi, horror, and action flicks that take a break from these cliched black cultual themes used in their movies? !!! Exaggerated stereotypes are what his movies are.

Lmao you're so right. && I don't get the hype over Tyler Perry either. I mean his movies are good but they are not GREAT. i was very dissapointed with “Madea Goes to Jail”. && anyone who is honest will admit that he is more interested in making money then producing quality films. i took a film class && my teacher was explaining how he makes so much money. most movies take months and even years to make and tyler perry shoots his in like 18 days i believe (i think the number was less) and he uses very limited locations (notice the driving scenes w/ the fake backgrounds). if you notice most of his movies will be spent in one place. also its pretty much the same predictable line of events every time. He's good but he can do better.
