Just head this conversation with my girflfriend just this morning. I have to admit, I am addicted to that trainwreck “mediatakeout” but the sad part is the same people post comments everyday and race to see who is first and proceed to post nothing but negative judgemental comments about people they have never met doing things that they will probably never do. I wonder if they sit at their computers waiting for the new blog to come out every night to see who's first!! How sad!!!

What kills me is how easy it is for people come out of pocket because of Internet Anonymity. Quick to call somebody fugg, busted, tramp, trollop, or insult their intelligence but if you ask them to show their own faces…they'll disappear as fast as they dropped the hate…

Interesting, I think we have only scraped the surface, as far as evaluating the human reaction to the development and progression of a fully 'dependent' new social structure goes. Electro-english, and virtual emotives. Campaigns and musings. Commerce, style, fashion, and eventually even crime and punishment will all play out only after someone "logs on"

Not to get all conspiracy serious, but the megalo maniac, and the electronic egoist are the first to poke their heads out as the mainstream decides which 'artificial motif' is right for me.

I know a few characters online that fit that description eerily to a T! Can you hand out online citizen arrests? lol

One of the things that bothers me about online PERIOD is people tend to dismiss the people behind the screens in a manner that they'd never do in the brick and mortar. I believe if you see each person as an individual with feelings, deserving of the basic respect that you yourself would expect…people could keep their heads about them on this thing.

…yet, there are those who are screwed up on AND off this thing, so indeed they may be who you're speaking of. LOL
